I got a message from this person with the subject being "Notary Work" with an attachment. The message says to open the attachment with no explanation. I have not opened it, but wonder if it is a spam. Has anyone else gotten this type of email - it seems that the spam artists are getting more clever.

It is probably a virus. I never open any attachment I am not expecting. Check to see if it is a .pif file, if so, it is a 99% chance that it is a virus.
