If this is same company-- American Title- a signing service in NE- go to post at gomobilenotary dated Sept. 21, 04--- that notary says "no pay".. LOL.

Got a request for a closing for them a couple of weeks ago, they are a $50 signing and $15 email docs. I declined the offer. Then I had a signing company call me, for the same closing, but they offered me my price. I guess American Title could not find anyone and sent it to a signing company.
