Any suggestions on software, web based or otherwise, to help with organization or just general business?

I am in the process of testing this software. It seems to work really well for a couple of notaries that I have turned on this software too. Will let you know how well it works in the near future. I hear that the company has a start date of Sept 30 2004.

Check out this web site it may be of use to some of the new notaries.

How can the company have clients if there's no release of the software yet? And who is the company anyway? There's no contact info, etc...

The website above (www.notarysoftware.com) doesn't say much, says releaseing sept 04, but it has two links to a couple of customers or users? I looked at both sites. They are very clean and have an order request screen (same on both pages) but I realy cant tell "what it does". I sent e-mails to both to find out if they would share any info about the software. Will post if I find anything out.
