Pro forma documents

This is a first for me. When instructions say "to sign pro forma documents" what would this mean? It is referring to a spouse signing non-borrowing docs in spousal state. Any help appreciated!

Usually the HUD, DOT, Truth in Lending, Notice of Right to Cancel and Signature/Name Affadavit. Some lenders require more. Call to clarify.
