fee for Investment Siginh Both Seller and Buyer signatures n

Can someone tell me what a reasonable fee would be to sign an investment property closing. I am required to get both the seller and buyers signatures on the documents.

Charge the same as you would for any other signing. If you have to make separate trips to the seller and the buyer charge double the amount.

Fee should be the same as a purchase closing since that is what it is.

How much more do you charge for a purchase signing from a refi?
