got the docs

Ok Everyone My docs came in this morning and my darling husband( self appointed assistant) rushed them right over to my job. So I've reviewed and reviewed and reviewed!! I sound like such a newbie right? Well I am so anyway!! I have made my cheat notes and put post its on the signature blanks. I am ready for this evening. Watch out world here I come!!

You can also buy "flags" at Staples. They are the little sticky arrows that you can put on each page that you or the borrower have to sign or initial. I use them with almost every closing.

I am in the BIG APPLE New York. upstate about 60 miles from NYC.
