non paying signing agent

Everyone be ware of a signing agent in Huntington Beach asking if you would take her overload and she will pay you her fee just to help her out. She is a signing agent, but does not tell you this and the fee collected if not what she pays. She also takes two months to pay. I know of two others that has trouble with her. I will be happy to pass on more information if anyone is interested.

"the fee collected if not what she pays"

So what? The fees that signing services collect are not what they pay us either. Ultimately it's up to you to decide whether a fee is appropriate for a job or not; what the person offering you the job is receiving is irrelevant.

But yeah, she does sound like a bit of a loser, do us a favor and let us know her company name or her name so we know who to avoid!
