Lenders First Choice
I have done several for Lenders First Choice out of TX - they were great, paid quickly and were easy to talk to and get on the phone, even when problems at the signing came up...
Not sure if this is the same company you are asking about, though.

the lady that called me was out of denton, and said there was another office in grapevine and was very nice to talk to, maybe the same lady?.......what caught me was she said "countrywide" had sent the wrong papers and she'll have to get them right? anyhow thanks
