Customer Loan Modification Application
Is anyone familar with this form? I have called the signing service and Washington Mutual, and no one answers/returns my call. The form is marked to be signed and dated at the bottom, and asks for a lot of particulars of the loan, like the date, interest rate, etc., But it is not completed like every other form in the packet is. I know that once I present this to the signer he is going to say, "what do I put in here" or "I don't want to sign a blank form."
Just wondering if anyone else has had experience with this form. Thanks.
