FIRST AMERICAN HERITAGE TITLE COMPANY - Colorado
Has anyone done business with them? I received a call today for a Friday closing. I searched the message board and didn't find anything on them. The gal that called was really nice and friendly. I should have asked how she got my name. I didn't sign up with them and the only place I'm registered with is here. I'm getting more calls from people looking me up here than I am from SS.

Maggie, I'll bet you're in the central valley. Got the same call and for a title company I thought they paid quite low, so I refused the signing.

I'm in San Diego and the closing is in the coastal area. I asked for $150 and that's what they agreed to. So I'm not sure what you were asking for.

They called me a couple days ago for a signing this morning. We agreed to a fee. I did ask them how they found me. The answer I received was that they work with Lenders First Choice and have access to LFC's Notary Database.

I'm signed up with Lenders. That must be where they found me as well. Thanks for chiming in and letting me know.

They are a good Title Company, and pay well. Not to be confused with First American Signature Services, a signing company. Also good, but don't usually pay as much for a closing.
