Charm,

Your second selection, mortgage docs, is a very good company, particularly for those just starting out. I say this as they provide a lot of tips with their packages. Packages are small, and they do pay on a regular basis. I speak from experience.

this is cool

remember to add these company links to your internet fav folder as you go.
*companies signed up* with is the name of my folder and I check it everytime I sign up with someone.
After they contact me for a signing, I put a folder together with the info and what I sent and a copy of the contract and fees in my filing cab.

Same here. I keep a contact list with info as to if I emailed asking for info or if an on-line app. was filled out. Then when I download a package, I create a file folder with all of the info and keep in my filing cabinet.
