Help on Fixed Rate Note & Affidavit Regarding Borrowers,plz
Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?
FIXED RATE NOTE:(keep in mind state of wi)
It has wording I am not sure how to handle....
If I am a married Wisconsin resident, the obligations evidenced by this Note are being incurred in the interest of my marriage or family.
I am assuming this is if husband/wife are seperated?
AFFIDAVIT REGARDING BORROWERS:
It is not clear if I have to fill out the portions where the legal wording is:
Mr & Mrs Smith being first duly sworn, on oath say that: (They are)(He is)(___he knows)__________________________ the person named as_______________ in the document dated_____________20___, and filed for record___________, 20__, as document No.______blahblahblah-
This is for the county registrar correct???
Any help would be appreciated. I understand if the answer is easy to find and you don't want to give me the answer, if you could point me in the correct direction!
