I read earlier about Banyan Land Title Does anyone know
Where to go to sign up with them. They sound like a company I would like to work for but when I did an online search with their name. Nothing came up. Hopefully they can use some notarys in Mi.

I believe they only do business in Florida but I did a job for them once because the property owner resided in my state. They were really generous with their fees. Anyway, their phone number is 1-888-533-9035. Good Luck.
