I am new to the signing agent business. I was wandering if anybody could give me pointers on how to drum up business. I have closed only 6 loans in the last2 months. I am looking to be very busy. Please help.

read the board (as much and often as you can) also
do a search on newbies, you'll find alot. you did the frist thing right. you put your state with your name! hope you do well...
