Can anyone from Maryland tell me who notarize the Affidavit of Consideration? TIA

This is signed by a representative of the lender. It is signed, and notarized after all the paperwork goes back. DO NOT NOTARIZE. The representative is not there at the closing, can't sign in front of you.
