Pay after refusal to sign or, cancel loan via rtc

I do know that a few SS do pay your fee if borrower refuses to sign. I should probably emphasize, A FEW. And, they share next nothing in their blurbs about paying if the borrower cancels the loan per the rtc limits. Any experiences + or - with specific SS? Wish we had method to catalog such details about SS. Some web page person should develop such a data base system. If you do, please don't charge us an arm and leg to look at it. I think you would have alot of contributors.

If it doesn't state those particular fees in my contract or agreement, or if someone new calls, I always ask. It's amazing how each service does all these things differently than the next.
