Quick Question

...
On an emailed Scheduling Notification:

Borrower: Smith, Robert
Smith(sdo), Suzanne

What does the (sdo) mean?

I ask because this is a first for me; I've never seen this before.

Thank you for your response.

Stephanie
I haven't seen it before, and as it is on the scheduling confirmation I wouldn't worry about it - wait until you get the loan docs and see if it is on them.

I was thinking maybe it was just a typo. Can you give the SS a quick call and ask them why it's there, and if it's meant to be what it is? Let us all know what it is.

Received docs FedEx this morning.
Husband is the Borrower; however she will be signing the Deed, RTC, LimitedTitle Agreement and the Error and Omissions/Compliance Agreement and that's it.

I will basically follow instructions of ONLY obtaining signature of person whose name appears on each document.

I was just kind of curious as to what sdo stands for.

If she is only signing legals, could mean "signing dower only" - just a guess.
