Wouldn't it be nice to charge the signing company (title) $25.00 for late docs? I am still waiting 1 hour later than the signing. It just seems like things should go a little smoother for us and the borrowers.

You are allowed to charge the companies anything you want, getting them to pay is the hard part. Just like any independent contractor you get to set your prices and decide what you will work for, the problem is if you set your prices to high, no one will hire you.

Yes, it would be nice if we could find someone willing to pay $25 if the docs are late. If you ever find them, let me know.
