Hey Sylvia-

You helped me with my 1st signing 2 years ago and I've been consistently doing signings since then. I don't do enough to consider it full time yet, but I was interested when I read you have your own signing service. I live in Missouri. How would a person go about trying to start their own service?

Just wondering.

Need to have the contacts with the title companies to use you as a signing service.
Need to have contact with experienced signing agents (it is your butt on the line)
Need to have enough capital so you can pay your signing agents before you get paid - as you are the one that hired them so you need to pay them right away.

It isn't as easy though as some people think - lot of work!
