We've covered this before ...
I just received my overnight docs for signing later today. In reviewing the packet I noticed that Borrowers copy was much thicker than copy to be signed/initialed/notarized and sent back, and not just because of the *Welcome* booklet. There were several pages missing from *original* docs, i.e., Deed only included the last page and several other *major* docs missing completely. Just a reminder to verify the consistency of overnight packages.
