The borrowers had the Docs ( I was afraid they would be mixed up- but no they had not even looked at them) We sat down at the table I took the ids and entered into my journal.The LO called was put on speaker phone, and he went over each page with them all I had to do was notarize as the pages called for it, Watched to make sure they were signing correctly. Took Docs said my good byes, that was it.
