Use the "orange" button and do a search on fees. What is "fair" is dependent upon the individual circumstances. I have a lot of experience, what may be "fair" for me may not be "fair" for a new SA. It is also possible that you are unable to get a "fair" fee because of market saturation.
Bottomline is that you have to decide what you are worth and what the market will bear, if you can reconcile the two(and still actually make money), you will have a "fair" fee.
