need help with first and second set of doc's
I am a newbee that has completed about 30 signings & need help! I accepted a signing and was told that it was a refinance nothing was said about a HELO as a second. When I received the e-mail doc's the ss sent two e-mails and each had the same doc's for the refinance plus the ss sent two e-mails for the HELO and both e-mail's had the same set of doc's. I recevied the total of four e-mail's but only two set of doc's.
My question is how many sets of each do I print? Two sets one for the title company and one for the signer or should I print out two sets each to send to the title company and one for the signer? I have been ready the forum and it has been very helpful but I did a search and could not find an answer.

It sounds to me like you need to print each of the emails once.
Refi - one set for bwr and one for title company
HELOC - one set for bwr and one for title co.

Make sure those emails are not duplicates, and that you were only suppose to get 2 emails. It has happened to me. Do the emails say 1 of 4 .or 1 of .If your are still not sure call the ss.

If I understood your post correctly, you had no idea that there was going to be a HELOC as well as the refi? This is a "piggy back" loan, and you need to make sure you are getting paid for both. Your fee for the refi and 1/2 that fee for the HELOC.
Make sure you are getting paid for your work
