what is the difference between a witness signing and a title closing?
Paperwork says Witness signing - attend closing, review docs, witness borrowers signitures,,
(this is what we do at a loan signing!(
then it says title closing- attend closing, witness signitures, mark up title/commitment binder, collect payoffs and record docs when required) this one is the one that confuses me!
Help!

We don't do "title closings", so no need to worry about it.
