Has anyone gotten an e-mail from the above entitled 'please read asap"? I'm afraid that without any further info that it could be a worm, virus or trojan horse. Did anyone open the file on this ?

I would NOT open that attachment or any attachment unless you absolutely know who it is from. Do you have contact information?
