A Double NO for backdating

Did a signing today which was supposed to happened on 8/3, lender ok'd docs not date sensitive. LO called this morning asking me to backdate I said NO. When I got to the borrower, she mentioned that LO asked her to sign & date 8/3 which she saids NO (right before he calls me) and told him that's not right for notary.

Now thats what I call a well informed borrower. And to have the geek lender ask you to backdate even AFTER the borrower say's it's a no no. Do you think any of these idiots that ask us to backdate will ever catch on, IT'S ILLEGAL.
