Any one having problems getting paid by A-MTS.Com

I did a signing for this company on 07-13-05. Full docs etc., got to the house and the borrowers cancelled, due to the fact that they couldn't get hold of the loan officer...they had an 'escrow exclusion" form which they didn't know about, they were never given the TILA by the LO so they didn't know how much they would be paying in fees etc.. I talked to this SS and they said they would pay for a trip fee and EDOCs...a total of $50.00. As of today's date, I still have not gotten paid by them. Has anyone else had problems with them, or am I not being patient enuff...(I may be "The Signing Doc" but THIS Doctor doesn't have patients (sic) with non payment. "The Signing Doc" Las Vegas NV

AMTS's policy seems to be that if loan does not fund....notary does not get paid.....although they told me at one time they were changing that policy......

maybe that is why they are not paying me...however, I sent them an explanation and they send me a work order showing that the borrowers cancelled and that they owed me trip and edoc pmt. I will w8 4 today's mail b4 I take any other action...thanks

update and final statement...finally received in today's mail, my check for my signing back in July 2005. The check is dated 08-26-06 and it was just put in the mail 2 days ago. I wrote them back and advised them of receipt of payment and to remove me from any further signings. They are just not worth it!!!!!
