Brw messed up sig on DOT, pulled out his copy instead to....
redo, however it isnt as clean a copy as original, but of course has his original signature, will that be a problem?

The county I live in is real picky about clean DOT's. SS sent docs to borrower and DOT's had a small copy line down the center of the page. I notarized it but the county rejected it. Had to do over.

I'm not sure if it held things up. The signing was in May '05 and the re-sign of the DOT was in July.

For my county recorder's...it must be photographically reproducable. If you can run it through a copy machine and it looks readable, you're okay.
