Cancellations
I have had 3 out of 4 jobs this week that when I call the borrower to set an appointment, they inform me they have cancelled their loans. Today, I called to set an appointment for this afternoon, and the lady was stunned that I was calling because she hadn't heard from her loan officer for over 30 days! Unbelievable.
