Corporation Assignment of Deed of Trust

Can anyone tell me if we are to notarize these documents when we get them in a loan packet. There is no notarial wording on the first page but is on the 2nd page. However, on the right hand side is the name of the funding company. Are we to notarize the other side and fill in the borrowers name, state, county date signed and such? I'm confused about this form and use the help! Thanks so much !!!

Leave it alone. You don't do anything to it. It is for the Lender when they transfer or sell the loan. Just skip it and keep on going.

This kind of question is the perfect one to use the orange search button to try to find the answer. It has been asked and answered a bunch of times... there's lots of info out there!

Could you tell me if I have to take a course to become a loan signing agent? Can I just read a book on it? What do you recommend? Thank you.

This is a state specific question. I don't have to be certified in AZ but I am... from several agencies. I believe that CA has more rigid guidelines but I don't know for sure. You should either do more research or post another message in regards to certification in CA.

Good luck!

I would recommend that you stop posting this question in the middle of threads that have nothing do with it. This is the third time I've seen you do it.

No you don't HAVE to take a course, however, any education is good. Here are three places you can visit to get additional information on Loan Signing:

www.signingregistry.com - excellent education tools, home study guide
www.notaryclasses.com - offers an excellent live seminars and home study course
www.signingagent.com (this is the National Notary Association) or www.nationalnotary.org; they have various education tools.
