Firma Signing Solutions

has anyone signed with Firma Signing Solutions before? They are based out of Laguna Hills, CA. I've done an e-doc signing 25 Jul and have not received payment yet, nor any reply to my email inquiring about if they got my invoice/status of my payment. During sign up they did not state any special invoice/payment procedure (like "send one invoice for all signings at the end of next month after signing", etc.)

I've done 3 recently. Never had any trouble before. I completed invoices online and received payment within appx. 3 weeks time.
