Is it me, or is everybody doing a lot of HELOCS right now? Im not complaining, just an observation. Is it the time of year or this just coincidence?

I am doing tons of WAMU helocs (quick an easy ones). With the great equity now in homes I imagine people are borrowing a bit more which is a lot cheeper than to refinance enitrely.
