How to get paid
I am not trying to be difficult. I just readf some of the postings here sometimes I am like? Why are people not more active in collecting what is due to them?
Any newbe ahould pick up a book on collectin stratergies because companies will try to not pay you. I wonder why people do not use al avaialble esources due to them. The Better Business Bureau, THe Attorney General's Office, THe bonding companies. Small claims court. In my state, it cost $35.00 to sue somoeone in small claims court. Usually, if you win, the other side has to apy your court fees, so what did you lose, nothing.
Also, most states have divisions where you can file complaints against a business. I have filed complaints against Title companies even though the SS was suppossed to pay me. You have the legal right to file sue and/or compaints against everyone involved in your dispute.
