My very first $50.00 where I ended up laughing!
I just had a company try to pay me 50+25 for edocs, state my price,they said 85, I stated my price and she said forget it and hung up on me!!! I just couldn't help but giggle and share!

Even when I started I have never taken closings for that cheap so I NOT going to start! I just couldn't believe it! It was like I was at an auction!! They have a business to run too, just had to giggle!!!

I called a notary in IL today and asked her fee for an E-Mail document signing. She quoted me $85.00. I apologized to her, as I do with all who I believe undersell their services, and said, "My company does not pay less that $100.00; will that be OK with you?" I always enjoy the laugh on the other end as the notary says, "No, no, that's not a problem at all."
I think my favorite, just for the shock and the laugh (Iwas in a particularly good mood that day) was the notary who said, "Hey, if makes you that happy, I'll take $125.00." There was silence on the other end as I said, "OK! You got it. I'll send the e-mail confirmation to you in 20 minutes."
I have never done that before or after, but I enjoyed being in a position to do that!

With all of our prices up I don't do them for less than 65.00 and 25-50.00 for Edocs. If we all stick together they will have to pay!!
You see their fees of 300-500, I just don't do poor paying ones with gas at 3.00!!!
