I had a Chase HELCO
There are 3 borrowerrs but only 2 names fit on 1 set of docs, so there are 2 sets of docs for that 1 closing. This company wanted me to do it all for the same fee and fax back double the # of pages, because they need fax backs for each set. I would have had to go through one set with two borrowers, and then do it all again with the 3rd borrower.
Do you think this is fair for an additional $20?
She said she'd find another agent...good luck!
