Notorial wording/ lose leaf HELP!

I am a newbie, do you have to attach a lose leaf if there is notorial wording, for example a bill of sale of property or POA?

I'm a little confused by your question. If there is notarial wording then there should be no need for a loose leaf certificate. Just notarize the document using the acknowledgement or jurat that is printed on the document. It is illegal for the notary to determine if an acknowledgement or jurat is required. That is determined by the maker of the document and a notary making that determination is practicing law.
