O/C Recorders Office, unable to access loan closings/records
Does anyone know if there is any other way of following up and checking on when loans close like can be done in San Bernardino County? Thanks for your input.

Try checking the Grantee/Grantor search. That may help. Could be they have all the land records under that heading. Just a thought

You can look up the deeds by clicking on the Grantor/Grantee Index link on the page.

I've had mine record from the day after the RTC expires to up to 2 weeks.
