Purchase Loan
got a call today to do a purchase loan at the realty office. It is a cash deal, bank owned property, seller will not be present. I was told this should take no longer than 15mins.
It is 5mins from my home. I said I would do it for 60.00. Is this fair? Am I in for any surprises??
