Question for New Jersey Notaries

Does NJ have a borrowers mortgage tax? In NY it is 1% of mortgage amount with 25% paid by lender. Florida also has a 3.50 per $1000 of mortgage (if I remember correctly from when I lived there. This is more personal the to do with my business. I was in NJ visiting friends and got into a not-to-big discussion as to whether or not NJ has a significant tax on the mortgage. I did some internet research but all I came up with was some miniscule amount for doc stamps (something like that). I say miniscule in comparing it to NY or FL for that matter.

Thanks for your time.
