SYLVIA/FL Please I have a question for you..PLEEESE

I just recently had a dealing with a SS who sent me the confirmation to a signing to be performed on Wednesday (8/3/05) and borrower was very upset that mortgage company would be sending out a notary to witness signatures on documents he hadn't even seen yet. Well... since I had called the SS back and told them borrower was upset and didn't want to sign they new and the mortgage company KNEW they had not yet sent me these documents so how in the world could I have possibly spoke to the borrower about his fees if I hadn't even seen the documents yet because they had not sent them via Fed Exp over night to me. Anyway I lost the signing and to make it worse this loan officer is telling signing companies they he refuses to use me on a loan signing because I said something to the borrower. This is all his excuse as to why the borrower was upset. I only called to set up an appointment never even spoke with the borrower before or after this one phone call. Isn't this rather slanderous to my character. I can prove I didn't say these things and the SS can prove I hadn't even received documents yet. For that matter the Mortgage company knows I didn't receive docs. Can I get any kind of lawsuit or complaint that would stop this loan officer from destroying my business? I'm very upset and I hope this all makes sense.

If there is any consolation prize...

it is knowing this: LO's who don't speak to their clients... prepare them... get good docs out... and value everyone in the process... (including piddley little us) will probably not be LO's for long. It takes a lot of character and good customer service skills to be a good LO that people will refer and use again for other purposes... and this guys sounds like he has neither quality.

I won't bore anybody with LO stories... but needless to say... it all comes out in the wash. Do a good job... continue to do a good job... and leave this guy behind you where he belongs. The signing company (if they know you) will know by your reputation that this guy is full of sh*t!

I want to go for blood when I am wronged but it doesn't always work out in your favor! Sometimes it just looks like that old saying... he doth protesteth too much! (I think I butchered that... but you get the drift)

Best of luck with this!
