I received a call from this company today and I turned down the signing because it was on a list of not good companies awhile ago........Is this still the case??? TIA Marla

Marla, you've been on this board awhile. Is this really a question that needs asking?
If you really don't know the answer, it would probably behoove you to check the board a little more frequently as it's brought up several times a week and if you're missing that, you're probably missing a lot of other helpful info too.

First time, 75 days to pay. Assured that it was an isolated incident. Next time, paid after repeated faxes, emails, phone calls - 7 months later. Never again. They still call. I always explain that because of their payment history with me I can't accept any more work from them. The girls just laugh and hang up. Apparently, they're deadbeats with a sense of humor. You decide.
