You are in contract with SS when you received the call or...

When you received the comfirmation letter, I got this call from this SS and I was told that I was going to get the C.L. in a minute. They havent, if I get any other call from other SS for the very same time should I just get it and call the original SS and tell them since I didnt get the C.L. like they promised me I m not in cotract till I receive the C.L.?

I would give them a courtesy call to let them know it hasn't come through yet. They really appreciate that, believe me...sometimes if they fax it they assume it goes through even when it prints a confirmation. Just let them know before you accept another signing, just so you're in good standing with the company and they'll use you again in the future.

It never ceases to amaze me how many times people will come here with their questions about a signing service instead of just asking the service directly. The shortest distance between two points is still a straight line, isn't it?

I got all straight line answers Cali, but not from you, like always.

I been reading you lately and you have improved tremendously, but sometimes you still show your
menopausic mood.

Hey, I'm still quite menstrual thankyouverymuch.

I just don't understand why you wouldn't call the signing service directly if you were concerned about not receiving your confirmation. Makes a lot more sense to me to do that than to post a question on here, especially when all of the responses you got told you to call the signing service.

Come one Cali, we all know you are a guy here.

But, its true the SS sometimes takes one hour or two to send you CL because they still shopping around for a cheaper notary, and in the meantime you loose calls. I always not committed till I got the CL in my mail. So if they delay in send it, their mistake I wouldnt honor the time I have reserved for them. And if someone else calls me and its in the same time as the otherone, who ever gets me the CL first its the one who gets my services. I have lost so many business because of lazy SS.

If coming by e-mail, check your spam folder NM

I'd check with the SS first. A few months ago, a SS sent my CL to a .com address in error instead of .net.

If I had accepted another assignment, they would have mistakenly thought I had performed the signing and I would have mistakenly thought they had never sent the CL.

Check your junk mail folder. My ISP seems to like to think email's from SS's belong there, I kid you not!
