how much do i charge for everything? how much is fair?

so far i have alot of edocs from companies.
i also have a problem with companies trying to hire me to close a loan for 50.00 and them be edocs.. i always say no thank you not enough money .. tell me what you all think is fair for everything..
and also do you charge more when you go out and do a first and second mortgage at the same people house , and how much extra do you charge???please help me ....thank you and have a blessed day tammy

Answer depends on state,competition & what market will bear/

Every state, local area, and depending on competition for assigments makes a difference.

For example, I used to have a lot of $45 competition. The $45 NSAs (my fee quote for these was $60) seem to be coming into my area less and less. For awhile though, my work dropped significantly.
