Re: how to download edocs - need more info

Was it an attachment?
If it was at a website, whose?
Give as much info as possible. Even name SS/TC or lender since certain ones use certain formats.
Was it dynamic docs? elynx?

Re: Swiftview is very common - you need to dwnld. viewer

When I started, I too, lost 2 signings for the same reason. On both occassions (dynamic doxs and swiftview), I ended up staying up til the wee hours until I was able to print them successfully. But, I've gotten calls back from both ss, so they understood.....

Re: common utilities

Read 54967 and associated threads.
There should have been a statement on the page where you went to get the docs that you needed swiftview. Swift view emblem is a swift (dove) in a blue box (if I remember correctly). Clicking on that would have downloaded the viewer. If you still have the link, give it a try.
