no signature line on grant deed

I have docs with a GRANT DEED that needs to be notarized but there is no place for the borrower to sign, there is no signature line. It looks like this:

FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is herby acknowledged, XXX HOMES LTD., a California limited partnership (“Grantor”), herby grants to BORROWER J. DOE, A SINGLE WOMAN (“grantee”), the real property (the “property”) ... yada yada yada

Off to the right is a signature line for the grantor.

How should I proceed with this?
There is no signature line for the borrower, do I notarize this?
Or is this for the grantor to have notarized.

TIA

Not for you

This is the doc that will be used to transfer ownership to the bwr
bwr does not need to sign and you do not notarize

Re: Not for you

That's what I thought but I wanted to make sure.
Thanks Bob
