BankServ....low, low fee offer
Got a call tonight for an open appointment time for a Saturday signing. Open time, no problem - I can fit that in sometime tomorrow.
We begin the neg talk. She says it is 2 loans; that it is a purchase will be edocs. I quote my edoc fee for a purchase with 2 loans. She then changes it to overnight. I reduce my fee, removing just the edoc charge.
"I CAN'T PAY THAT!!" she exclaimed (even though she didn't react to the fee WITH edocs)
So, here it is.... she offers me $100 (that is the most we can pay) for a purchase with 2 loans. WOW! Had to pass on that one! $100! Wonder what sort of service and knowledge that $100 will buy them. I cannot imagine those poor buyers and sellers - I hope they at least know what is going on! I am shocked, but at least they get a gold star for their attempt at the low ball game.
