Eagles Wings

The posts about Eagles Wings ended in Sept. Did all you guys and gals get paid? We are four months deep to them, and keep hearing the same crap about the check being in the mail. Also, we don't even get the joy of turning them down because they know they owe us so much they aren't calling anymore.

Keep at them. Threaten, beg pled.
They have paid me through Septemeber. Owe me 2 for the beginning of Oct.
They won't be owing me anymore as I won't take appts from them.
Are you in NY? I find filing a claim against them is easier when you live in the same state as the business.
