Emergency after hours number for Servicelink? [Countrywide]

I accepted my first edocs deal from Servicelink while I was on the road this evening. Got home and there was no dynamicdox.com notice or anything. Wondering if anyone is around on Servicelink's Countrywide team on Saturday morning to field calls.

The lender is Countrywide.

Any help would be appreciated!

Rick

You must have a sign on and password sent to you. These should be on your confirmation.
Also, sometimes this will go into your spam/bulk folder. I have had this happen quite a few times.

Yes, there is normally staff working in the morning time (8-12Noon) at Service Link. At the end of the month, they work longer Saturday hours. You should also ask for the lenders' contact number.

On a side note, the staff at ServiceLink are very good. I enjoy covering closings for their company.

To Brad: Re: Emergency after hours number for Servicelink?

In my initial message, I stated that there was no d-dox notification or anything --- meaning no confirm either. It was as if I never accepted the order. I logged onto the website, which listed the job, but there was minimal info about the signing: the subject property address, which may or may not be the signing location, and no contact phone number for the borrower. I could not bring up a copy of the order.

There is partial listing for someone with the borr name in the community, I will call them shortly.

Thank you.
