According to the digital-it was -4 here early this AM, just before dawn, up to a whopping 21 now! Heatwave!! LOL!
Got the wood stove going, it's nice and toasty here in the house, will have to get a good book and curl up by the fire for the day! LOL
Ya'll have a GREAT Sunday! Relax and reginerate (sp), for the coming week!

Re: High today in the Sunny Tampa Bay area-77 degrees!! :)

Marla,
That's why I love Colorado so much. We have FOUR definite seasons. I love the snow, I love the spring thawing, I love the summer and I love the Indian Summer.

FL has four seasons too ... :)

Winter Season (last year it was on February 12th)
Turist Season (Thanksgiving to Memorial Day)
Summer (starts about April 15th after we finish sweating our tax returns)
And finally, there's HURRICANE SEASON (June 1 to Nov 30, give or take a month or two)

Note, the spelling of "Turist" is from the Canadian Turist Park here, where all the cars are licensed in Quebec, Michigan or New York. Smiley

Has anyone seen the 40 Year Old Virgin?

There's a scene near the beginning where the main character is greeting his neighbors as he leaves for work and it completely reminded me of Teddog's posts.

The neighbor's reaction?

"That boy needs to get laid".
"Mmmm hmmmmm, Tell me something I don't already know!"

The other thing that springs to mind when I see these posts is Flanders on The Simpsons.

You really should consider taking it down a couple of notches Ted. Not every post needs 6 exclamation points or a bunch of LOL LOL's. There's being friendly and there's coming across as a spaz and IMO you've pretty much crossed the line to the spaz side.

Re: Has anyone seen the 40 Year Old Virgin? - Cali

Ted has his own style of posting, just like I do and you do.

When I see Ted post, I know it will be cheerful - and even if it's critical, it's STILL cheerful!

When I see Sylvia post, I know it will be helpful and to-the-point.

When I see PAW post, I know it will be technically correct, including references.

When I see Carolyn post, I know it will be with conviction.

When I see Brenda post, I know I better read every word or I'll miss something important.

When I see Charles post, I know it will come from a broader picture of the real estate scene.

When I see Renee post, I know it's from the inside track of lender information.

When I see anonymous post, I know I can skip it.

And when I see you post, Cali, I know you'll come out and speak the brutal truth...even when it's not "nice". Sometimes, though...nice is...well, nice.

Variety is the spice of life, Cali...don't you agree? Notary Rotary would be a very dull place indeed without all of us. Being at opposite ends of the spectrum of personalities, you and Teddog both are appreciated.

Titlegal-Excellent response!

I agree with what you wrote! I would add one or 2 though:
When I see Charm post, I know I will see an awesome sense of humor.
And when I see Titlegal post, I know it is usually a post with a variety of things such as, humor, wisdom and conviction!
Thanks!

I was just having a little fun with Cali myself . That's what happens when you make me laugh I just keep "buggin" you. So don't encourage me. Have a Great week!!
