Statewide Settlement is not answer their phones... what up?

I am trying to call them regarding an invoice they have not paid from 9/16. There is no answer. Been trying all morning.
Is something up?

Something must be up, I had a call from On Time Settlement Corp about a Statewide closing I did months ago. When they called, I was like I never worked for you. It was a Statewide issue.

If you are calling for the umteenth time, they may have blocked your phone number. Try calling from a different phone number and see if you get through. This has worked for me in the past.

They've always been great about payment, one of the quickest. I think this was an oversite. Its only the second time I have called. I will try from a different phone number and see if that works. I'll try anything.
